1. Owner of the site and the service

In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner’s details are as follows:

2. Purpose

These terms govern the use of this website and the subscription to and use of PDR Nexus, a cloud platform for paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians and workshops for creating estimates and invoices, managing customers, vehicles and appointments, and working with other professionals.

By registering or using the platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the service.

3. Registration and account

• The service is intended for professionals and businesses over 18. The details you provide when registering must be true and up to date.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity carried out with your account.
• To protect the data, using the same account at the same time from very distant locations may cause the account to be blocked as a precaution until its ownership is verified.
• If you work in a team, each person must have their own account within the work group, with the role assigned by the administrator.

4. Plans, prices and payments

• You can use PDR Nexus on a free plan, with the limitations shown on the pricing page. Some features require a paid plan.
• Current prices, taxes and billing frequency are shown before you subscribe. Payments are handled through secure payment providers.
• If a payment is not completed, the account may revert to the free plan and its limits, without losing the saved data.
• You can change plans or cancel your subscription whenever you like. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

5. Proper use of the service

You agree to use the platform lawfully and for its professional purpose. In particular, you may not:

• Use it for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited communications or to impersonate others.
• Try to access other users’ data or get around the security measures.
• Reverse engineer, copy or reproduce the software, or deliberately overload the servers.

6. Your responsibility for estimates and invoices

PDR Nexus is a tool. You are solely responsible for the data you enter (prices, taxes, discounts, customer and vehicle data) and for the estimates and invoices you issue to your customers, including compliance with the tax and invoicing rules that apply to you.

Always check documents before sending them. PDR Nexus is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the user.

7. Your customers’ data

With regard to your customers’ data stored on the platform, you are the data controller and PDR Nexus acts as the data processor under the terms described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that it will run without interruption. There may be downtime for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We will try to give advance notice of scheduled downtime.

9. Intellectual property

The software, design, texts, logos and other content of this site and the platform belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use. Registering grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use them while your account is active.

The data and documents you create on the platform are yours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PDR Nexus is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or losses arising from service interruptions, misuse of the account or errors in the data entered by the user. Nothing in this clause limits the rights that the law grants on a mandatory basis.

This site may contain links to third-party sites, such as the app stores, whose content we do not control.

11. Account closure and suspension

You can close your account whenever you like from your account settings or by writing to us. Before doing so, download any documents you want to keep.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law, giving prior notice except in serious or urgent cases.

12. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms to reflect legal or service changes. We will notify you of significant changes within the platform or by email before they take effect.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of [CIUDAD], unless the law establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.
